When HFB was created in December, 2011 we only had 3 members, but by January we were already growing in numbers, but nothing compared to where we are today with 70+ members. Though we've been going to many meetups over the last few months, we wanted to have one in which we could really sit down and get to know each other and ask questions. So for the month of May we decided to have 2 meet-ups, one networking and one activity. Our networking meetup was at the new Microsoft Store at the Houston Galleria Mall. This location was great, and central for most of the bloggers. Not only was Microsoft very helpful, but they also gifted each of us with $25.00 Gift Card at the end of the night!
The meet-up was very casual and laid back, with a lot of the bloggers asking questions on blogging tips, and sharing experiences and ideas for future meetups. It was a great evening of networking and discussion.
To start off we had each blogger get up and introduce themselves, their blog, how long they've been blogging and what they love the most about being a blogger

Then it was onto the discussion portion. Shasie kicked off the discussion segment by sharing all of HFB's online outlets: Fanpage, Meetup.com, Twitter, FB Group, & Blog
Then the floor was opened up for Q&A on any blogging topics, or anything in general! We really wanted to spend the time conversing with one another and sharing our experiences and ideas!
