Houston, TX (March 5, 2013) —Saks Fifth Avenue Houston is thrilled to expand its exclusive partnership with technology based Parisian skincare line IOMA in Houston. Launching March 11th at the Houston store, the luxury skincare line combines cutting-edge technology and a decade of research with the highest-quality products, personalized treatment options and comprehensive evaluations. Saks Fifth Avenue is IOMA’s exclusive retail partner in the United States, currently sold only in New York and Beverly Hills.
IOMA is best known for its use of the most advanced imaging and probe-based technology to assess skin’s condition and create a targeted and personalized skincare regimen. Two interactive skin analyzing devices, the IOMA Sphere and the Beauty Diag, use patented technology to measure the skin’s main characteristics, analyze skin disorders, recommend an individual skincare regimen and track each client’s results. These tools can even detect wrinkles before they become visible to the naked eye.
According to IOMA founder and CEO Jean Michel Karam, PhD, the technology behind the skincare line is vital to demonstrate the effectiveness of IOMA’s products. Karam, whose name appears on more than 50 patents, began developing the technology behind IOMA more than a decade ago. In 2009, the first IOMA store opened in France. In a few short years, IOMA has expanded to six countries, landing in the U.S. just last year.
